he works hard and fights for you. Jed and his team are always there if you need anything 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Me, mid-aged executive at a successful company, advanced degrees, former military officer, not really what you would call a "partier", and terrified at what a DUI arrest and conviction might mean for my reputation and career opportunities. I took finding the right person to represent me as critical. I drove my wife crazy with research over the weekend, phone interviewed a dozen who's who amongst DUI attorneys, met with four of these and chose absolutely the best one for my case. In honesty, each of the top attorneys I met with may have had a similar positive result (my case was dismissed). However, Jed most impressed me as a genuine person, cared almost as much my result as I did, and conducted himself in the most professional of manner. He's smart, does his research, and has a track record that scares prosecutors. I came to Jed about 8 months ago; knowing his reputable reputation, I was eager to have him work on my case. He has been honest from the start; informing me that it could take the next year but we will get this taken care of. It takes two, if you as a client are not willing to investigate towards proving your own innocence we have no one to blame but ourselves. My case is not over, I have remained with full confidence, with Jed's expertise this case WILL be resolved. I remember when one of our first meetings, I asked him "What I am looking at if we lose?" His response, I do not let my clients plead guilty, when there innocent, that's not the kind of business I run. After reading the prior review I felt obligated to share my rebuttal. I've known Jed Silverman for years. He has helped family & friends win cases that other lawyers wouldn't touch. He takes the hard cases and wins. This is a man that loves his work. However, no lawyer can win a case when a client doesn't tell the truth or give all the facts. And he can tell when he's being lied to. He is the Best of the Best, He works 24/7. Words cannot express the sense of peace and relief the moment I heard "not guilty". Thanks to your tireless efforts and after almost two years, I can finally exhale, and put this ordeal behind me.
