Rhonda Arkley has been charged with arson, assault, and evading arrest in connection with a house fire in the early part of December. The charges stem from an attack on Arkley's husband, after which she is accused of setting their house on fire. When police arrived on the scene and tried to speak to Arkley, she left the scene of the crime in her vehicle.
