Mario Campos has been arrested and charged with the offense of intoxication manslaughter. Charges were filed after Campos struck and killed a man changing his flat tire on the side of the road. Campos allegedly drove onto the shoulder and slammed into the victim's truck. According to police, the victim died at the scene of the accident.
