High School Football Player Charged With Rape

Sex Offender Charged

Jesse Angel Mata has been arrested and charged with online solicitation of a minor.  He is currently serving a 10-year probation sentence for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.  Investigators say that Mata was having a relationship with a 16-year-old girl where he worked.  This is also a violation of his probation, because he is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 17.

Mother Charged With DWI

Kelly R. Dixon has been charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated.  Dixon was charged after she consumed 6 drinks at a local bar and then had an accident in the parking lot of her daughter's school.  Dixon reportedly refused a breath test, urinated on herself, and then stomped in the puddle of urine.  When police asked her about the accident, she reportedly stated that she didn't remember cause she was drunk.  Dixon has two previous alcohol related arrests, including an involuntary manslaughter charge in which her son was killed.

Linking PTSD to DUI: Drunk-Driving Victim A Casualty of War?

Marine Captain Scott Sciple is facing charged of DUI manslaughter after driving the wrong way down a Florida interstate in April of last year and crashing head-on into another driver. Sciple's blood-alcohol content was three times the legal limit. The crash killed the other driver.

Former Coach Pleads Guilty

Drunk Driver Kills Pedestrian

Bus Driver Charged With DWI

Councilman Charged With Soliciting Minor

22-Year-Old Charged With Soliciting Minor

6 Children Hurt In Drunk Driving Wreck

Stanesha Allen has been charged with driving while intoxicated. Man Arrested For Soliciting Minor

Austin Man Solicits Minor

Viking's Safety Arrested For DWI

Al Pacino's Daughter Resolves DWI Case

Julie Pacino, daughter of Al Pacino, has taken a plea after being charged with DWI this summer.  Pacino was stopped in July at a traffic checkpoint on Houston Street in New York City.  According to the police, she had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.  It was later determined that her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.  Pacino will lose her license for 90 days, attend a DWI class, and pay a fine of $300.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-20110065-504083.html

Teen Charged With Soliciting Minor

Alec Joseph Thraen, 19, has been arrested and charged with the offense of online solicitation of a minor.  This charge was filed after Thraen allegedly made arrangements to have sex with what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.  Thraen was arrested for solicitation on the same day he pleaded guilty to sexual contact with a child younger than 16.  That charge stems from an incident in which Thraen admitted to having sex with a 13-year-old girl.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.mitchellrepublic.com/event/article/id/57077/group/homepage/

Louisiana Man Charged With 7th DWI

Donald Murphy has been arrested and charged with his 7th DWI.  Police were first notified of Murphy driving erratically by several other drivers out on the road.  When troopers attempted to pull Murphy over, he led them on a high speed chase down the highway.  The chase ended when a tire deflation device was used by troopers and Murphy's vehicle ended up in a ditch.  After he refused a breath test, troopers obtained a warrant to take his blood in order to determine his level of intoxication.  According to police, Murphy currently has two pending DWI charges that he has not yet appeared in court for.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.slidellsentry.com/articles/2011/09/21/news/doc4e7919f786f85978498546.txt

Elderly Driver Charged With DWI

Camille Kazmierczak, 73, has been charged with driving while intoxicated following a car accident.  The elderly driver told police that the reason she drove through the front window of a liquor store was because she accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake.  The owner of the store and a customer were both treated for injuries and are expected to recover.  After an investigation, police took Kazmierczak into custody for DWI.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.buffalonews.com/city/communities/amherst/article564625.ece

Band Director Attempts To Solicit Boy

Michael K. Driving Drunk With Children In The Car

Drunk Driver Goes On High Speed Chase

Christopher M. Posing As A Doctor To Get Pills

Man Arrested For Gun & Drug Possession

Massage Therapist Charged With Assault

Ken Scripa has been charged with the offense of sexual assault of an adult.  Charges were filed after a female client claimed that Scripa touched her inappropriately and exposed himself.  The victim got dressed and then fled the scene.  She later reported the incident to the authorities and charges were filed.  To read more on this story please go to abclocal.go.com

Pastor's Nephew Charged With Sexting Teen

Man Charged With Intox. Assault

Woman Gets 20 Years For Intox. Manslaughter

Tanjia Smith has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to intoxication manslaughter.  Smith was arrested after she hit a guardrail, veered into another lane, and collided with Dudley Butaud's truck.  Smith's blood alcohol level at the time of the crash was approximately 3 times the legal limit.  Smith decided to plead guilty as the 3rd day of her trial began.  She will have to serve at least half of her sentence before she is eligible for parole.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.kfdm.com/news/beaumont-44748--.html

El Paso Man Turns Himself In

Edmund Olivas had been wanted on a charge of online solicitation of a minor before turning himself in.  Olivas allegedly had been communicating with a person he believed to be a 15-year-old girl through Yahoo Messenger.  Olivas was actually communicating with a detective from the El Paso Police Department.  Police say that Olivas sent two sexually explicit photos of male genitals to the detective posing as the young girl.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.kfoxtv.com/news/29175629/detail.html

22-Year-Old Charged With Soliciting Minor

Kingwood Man Facing 3rd DWI

Travis J. Former Teacher Caught With Teen

19-Year-Old Pleads Guilty To Intox. Manslaughter & Assault

Jose Edmund Pena Madrid pleaded guilty to intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault this past Tuesday.  Madrid was charged after he ran a stop sign and collided with a Ford Taurus.  The impact from the crash killed the passenger of the Taurus and left the driver incapacitated.  The judge has ordered a presentence investigation in the case and Madrid will be facing a maximum of 20 years in prison.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.themonitor.com/news/incapacitated-54492-driver-pleads.html

Man Sentenced To 45 Years In Deadly Car Crash

12 Years For Intoxication Manslaughter

40-Year-Old Man Solicits Minor

David M. Chicago Area Mayor Arrested For DWI

Band Director Solicits Minor

Michael cook has been arrested and charged with the offense of online solicitation of a minor.  Cook allegedly solicited sex from what he believed was a minor under the age of 15 years old.  Cook was the band director at a school in Fairfax County Virginia.  According to police the alleged victim was not one of Cook's students.  Cook is currently in police custody and has been placed on administrative leave from his school.

Serious Accident Leads To Serious Charges

Extreme DWI Law In Effect

Man Charged With Soliciting Minor
