Sugar Land Police Captain Mike Lund has been arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Lund was stopped at a traffic control area after a fire shut down portions of U.S. 59 in Sugar Land. Adrian Parada Jr., Border Patrol Agent, has been charged with intoxication assault following a serious car accident. Al Unser Jr. Arrested For DWI
Former Indy 500 winner, Al Unser Jr., has been arrested and charged with DWI and reckless driving. Unser was pulled over after he was spotted drag racing in his suburban, he was believed to be going about 100 mph. According to police, Unser smelled of alcohol and was slurring his speech when police made contact with him. An analysis of Unser's blood alcohol level later revealed he was twice the legal limit.
