Charles Edward Jones has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. Police originally received a call about a hit and run incident, where the complainant was following the suspect. When officers pulled Jones over, they said he smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet. At some point during the investigation, Jones began to eat foam he had pulled from the backseat of the patrol car. Serious Wreck Leads To Intox. Assault Charge
Marshall Lucas Jr. was originally charged with resisting arrest and DWI after an accident that seriously injured the other driver. Kaley Linton, the driver of the other car, sustained multiple injuries including a broken back and pelvis. Lucas has also now been charged with the more serious offense of intoxication assault. Eric Wlodarsky, a former Ohio State Trooper, was charged with DWI after he drove his truck into a tree while leaving a Halloween Party. Two Arrested On Prostitution Charges
Qiao Han and Bao Zhang have both been charged with promoting prostitution and Zhang was additionally charged with promoting prostitution. Anthony James Beyer has been arrested and charged with online solicitation of a minor. A warrant for Beyer's arrest was issued after the mother of a 12-year-old boy said she found sexual messages being sent to her son. Bethany Leigh Denman, a former Sam Houston State honors student, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for her role in a fatal car accident that caused the death of the other driver. Denman made a plea of no contest in front of the judge this past September to a charge of intoxication manslaughter. That meant that the judge in the case could consider the full range of punishment when handing down the sentence. Man Punches 4 Women In Brawl

Officer Charged With DWI
Randolph County Sheriff's Deputy James Edward Rich has been charged with driving while intoxicated. According to police, Rich was driving down U.S. 220 when he drove into a deer crossing the road. When a state trooper arrived on the scene Rich allegedly smelled of alcohol and was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He later gave a sample of his breath and was said to have blown a .08 on the breathalyzer.

Earl Wayne Taylor has been arrested and charged with prescription drug fraud. This past February police were alerted that Doan may be soliciting a 13-year-old girl he knew through a family member. Man Flees After Deadly Crash

Intoxicated Man Hits School Bus
Christopher Taylor has been charged with the offense of felony driving while intoxicated. According to police, Taylor was rounding a curve when he drove into the back of a school bus. The bus had 33 children on board and at least two students had to be treated for minor injuries. Desmeisha Thomas has been arrested and charged with DWI and involuntary manslaughter. Thomas lost control of her vehicle while driving and ended up flipping over. Ben Wallace, member of the Detroit Pistons, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges stemming from a September arrest.
