Former Public Official Charged With Possessing Child Porn

Man Charged With Soliciting Minor

Cop Arrested For DWI

Woman Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter

College Student Charged With Soliciting Minor

Man Falls Out Of Car And Gets Arrested For DWI

Jeremy Houston has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated.  According to police, they saw Houston swerve across the center line multiple times before being stopped by police.  When police came into contact with Houston they allegedly smelled a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and when asked to exit the car, he fell flat on the ground in front of the officer.  He later submitted a sample of his breath and registered a BAC of 0.193.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.thenewsstar.com/article/20120222/NEWS01/120222006

TxDOT Says Be a P.A.S.S. For The Weekend, Avoid DWI

With spring break coming, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is trying to encourage party-goers to designate a P.A.S.S. (Person Appointed to Stay Sober) and and avoid a DWI by keeping drunk drivers off the roadways. Adults between 18 and 34 are more likely to be involved in a fatal Texas car crash over the weekend. Officials hope the P.A.S.S. program will help change that.

Houston Area Man Arrested For Soliciting Teen

Crash Leads To DWI Arrest

Texas Tech Student Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter

Texas Tech Student Brian Cody Hawthorne was indicted this past Tuesday on 3 counts of intoxication manslaughter.  Police say Hawthorne was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control and rolled his truck.  The truck then hit a pedestrian, killing him, and two passengers in the truck were killed by a fire hydrant that came through the windshield.  Paramedics said they smelled alcohol on Hawthorne's breath when they arrived at the scene.  He then allegedly admitted to them that he had been drinking before the accident occured.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.kcbd.com/story/16663720/tech-student-indicted-for-intoxication-manslaughter

Former Commissioner Charged With Soliciting Prostitution

Drunk Driver Gets 20 Years

Carlos A. Teacher Arrested For Possession Of Child Porn

Drunk Driver Bites Officer

Boyce Ara Smith has been arrested and charged with his fourth DWI, a felony.  Police say that Smith had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol when they pulled him over.  Smith was then transported to a hospital for a mandatory blood draw after refusing all tests.  When officers attempted to draw his blood, Smith allegedly bit the hand of one of the officers.  Smith was given a bond in the amount of $20 thousand dollars and charged with felony DWI and assault on a public servant.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.ksla.com/story/16676607/etx-man-jailed-after-dwi-and-biting-a-police-officer

Naked Woman Caught Driving Drunk

Angela Odom, of Austin, has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated.  Police first came into contact with Odom when she was seen banging on an apartment gate, naked.  Officers then conducted field sobriety tests on Odom and found two empty 24-ounce cans of Earthquake Lager in her car.  Odom was then taken into custody and is being held on a $4,000 bond.

Intoxication Manslaughter Charge Dismissed

Frederick Gustav Mueller was charged with intoxication manslaughter after a collision that killed a volunteer firefighter.  The victim was killed when he tried to pass Mueller as Mueller was making a U-turn.  At the time of the crash Mueller had a blood alcohol content of 0.01 at the time of the crash and there were no other substances detected in his blood.  The victim was determined to have had a BAC of 0.153 and had 3 different sedatives in his system.  To read more on this story please go to http://galvestondailynews.com/story/290710

Radio Employee Solicits Teen

Man Charged With Felony DWI

Roman P. Deyoe of New York has been arrested and charged with the offense of felony DWI.  Deyoe was stopped by police after he was seen weaving from lane to lane.  According to police, when they made contact with Deyoe he gave officers a false name and his license had been revoked for 37 scofflaw violations.  Deyoe was charged with a felony because he has two previous convictions for DWI within the last 10 years.

Hit And Run Leads To Serious Charges

26-Year-Old Accused Of Soliciting Minor

David Jefford has been arrested and charged in connection with an investigation into online solicitation of minors.  The investigation began when Jefford posted an ad on Craigslist requesting a woman who would be interested in a "rape fantasy sexual encounter."The posting was answered by an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old girl.  Jefford and the detective then began chatting on Yahoo all the way up to the day of his arrest.  Jefford was arrested when he showed up to meet the girl and was found in possession of a handgun and duct tape.  

Woman Claims Big Breast Led To Her Arrest For DWI

Maureen Jane Raymond was pulled over by Florida Police after she was noticed driving in an erratic manner.  According to the arresting officer, she had an odor of an alcoholic beverage about her and her speech appeared to be slurred.  When the officer asked her to do some roadside tests, Raymond allegedly said that her big chest would give her poor balance.  When asked to walk the line, she allegedly began to dance and remove her clothing.  She was then arrested for suspicion of DWI shortly after.

30-Year-Old Arrested For Soliciting Teen

Bobby D. Man Gets Life For 5th DWI
