Nicholas Ray Colunga has been arrested and charged with two counts of failure to stop and render aid and intoxication assault.  According to a witness, Colunga allegedly ran a red light and crashed into pedestrians that were walking across the street.  The witness then chased down Colunga on his motorcycle and detained him until police arrived.  The witness said that when he reached Colunga he was vomiting and appeared to be intoxicated.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.statesman.com/news/local/motorcyclist-chases-down-hit-and-run-suspect-2147466.html
