In less than six hours of deliberation, a Florida jury found former Houston resident John Goodman guilty of DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide in a 2010 crash that caused the death of a 23-year-old man. Goodman has no other criminal history and, based on Florida guidelines, could get an 11.5 to 30 year sentence.

Wade Flaeschel has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. Flaeschel drew the attention of police when he crashed his truck into an oncoming ambulance. Man Solicits Underage Girl
Isaac Claude Flynn has been arrested and charged with the offense of online solicitation of a minor. Officers began investigating Flynn when they received information that Flynn allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl in 2011. During the course of the investigation, Flynn made arrangements to meet what he believed was a 14-year-old girl. Christopher Lamar has been arrested and charged with the offenses of manslaughter and DWI. Charges were filed after a fatal roadside accident that led to the death of a young woman and a small child. Police came into contact with Mrs. Becicka after her 15 year old daughter allegedly called police and reported her mother being impaired behind the wheel. Drunk Driver Crashes Into Rehab
Damien Bittar has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. Bittar was arrested after he allegedly crashed into a rehab facility about 90 minutes after he turned 21. Gerber Guevara-Silva is accused of online solicitation of a minor, the minor being a 12-year-old girl. The girl says that she met the 28-year-old last summer when she was at a swimming pool. The victim was caught using a cell phone that Guevara-Silva had sent her while she was in class this past Monday. The victim's teacher took the phone and discovered inappropriate pictures that the two had exchanged. Guevara-Silva was booked into the Travis County Jail and given a bond of $60,000. Drunk Driver Hits Cyclist
Samuel Thomas Gray has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. Gray was charged after he allegedly hit a cyclist with his pickup truck. Man Charged With 6th DWI
Raul Alfredo Canales has been arrested and charged with a felony DWI, this is the sixth time he has faced such a charge.
