Damien Bittar has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. Bittar was arrested after he allegedly crashed into a rehab facility about 90 minutes after he turned 21. The crash caused limited damage to the facility and luckily nobody was hurt. According to police, Bittar allegedly tried to flee the scene but was apprehended by police.
