John McDaniel, a middle school teacher, has been arrested and charged with the offense of online solicitation of a minor.  McDaniel was arrested after allegations that he had solicited a 15-year-old former student of his.  Police don't believe there was any physical contact between McDaniel and the student, but he was allegedly exchanging e-mails and sexually oriented text messages with the teen.  McDaniel has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.  To read more on this story please go to http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2012/05/31/police-arrest-grapevine-colleyville-teacher/

Robert Fowler, a highschool teacher, has been arrested and charged with the offense of possession of child pornography.  Police say they decided to search Fowler's computer after receiving a tip.  After conducting a search of his home computer, police discovered Fowler to be in possession of child pornography.  Fowler has been a teacher at the same highschool since 2009 and is currently being suspended with pay, pending the outcome of the investigation.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.theindychannel.com/news/31108878/detail.html

Howard Christy II has been arrested and charged with the offense of intoxication manslaughter following a deadly crash.  Christy was allegedly driving drunk when he drove his car into a creek in the early morning hours of April 29th.  Police were called by a family who happened to be going to the creek at the time of the crash.  By the time help arrived on the scene, Christy's passenger had unfortunately died.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/154189805.html

Ronald McEathron was charged with multiple criminal offenses after police found a mobile meth lab in his car.  McEathron was stopped by police who were in the area investigating another mobile meth lab unrelated to McEathron.  After police made the discovery McEathron was ultimately charged with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.  He is currently in the county jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.  To read more on this story please go to http://www.uticaod.com/news/x1266597866/Police-Mobile-meth-lab-found-in-Munnsville-mans-car

John Goin of Dallas was indicted today for the offense of intoxication assault due to an accident that occured earlier this year.  Goin was allegedly driving drunk when he lost control of his vehicle and ultimately flipped it when he left the roadway.  Goin's passenger was ejected from the truck and was seriously injured.  A blood sample later revealed that his blood alcohol content was above the legal limit at the time of the accident.  To read more on this story please go to http://palestineherald.com/local/x1378306869/Man-23-indicted-for-intoxication-assault
