Esteban Garcia Lucio has been arrested and charged with the offense of online solicitation of a minor. According to police, Lucio offered to pay a person he believed to be a 14-year-old girl for sex. The girl's mother gave police the authority to pose as the young girl and Lucio allegedly began sending her text messages. Garcia was later arrested when he showed up at an agreed upon location.
