Howard Christy II has been arrested and charged with the offense of intoxication manslaughter following a deadly crash. Christy was allegedly driving drunk when he drove his car into a creek in the early morning hours of April 29th. Police were called by a family who happened to be going to the creek at the time of the crash. By the time help arrived on the scene, Christy's passenger had unfortunately died.
