Former New York City Officer Michael Pena was found guilty of sexual assault this past Monday and was then sentenced to 75 years to life. According to police, Pena approached the victim as she was on her way to work at a local elementary school. Pena forced her into an alley at gunpoint and sexually assaulted her. Pena's lawyer described him as a good cop that did an awful thing and asked for a sentence of 10 years. The judge in the case said Pena is a sexual predator and he showed that he was not one of New York's Finest.
