Jacob Ryan McCullough has been arrested and charged with 2 counts of online solicitation of a minor. Constables say that a woman contacted them after she found the inappropriate messages sent from McCullough. Constables say McCullough met the juvenile using a cellphone application for dating and chatting. McCullough later admitted to sending the underage boy inappropriate texts.
