Cody M. Peloquin of Iowa has been arrested and charged with the offense of solicitation of a minor. Peloquin was charged after a two week long investigation into explicit conversations by way of cell phone and the internet that he allegedly had with a 15-year-old girl. Peloquin then allegedly sent numerous text messages to the girl with lewd photographs of himself. Authorities also say that Peloquin confessed to having sex with the young girl on a prior occasion.
