Clinton T. Matthews has been arrested and charged with the offense of possession of child pornography. Police began conducting an investigation into Matthews' activities after receiving a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Police later served a search warrant on Matthews at his home and discovered child pornography. Local police say there is no evidence Matthews was producing child pornography, but they found evidence that he has had access to children in the recent past.
