Man Charged With Multiple Drug Counts
Jesse Pina Ontiveros has been arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine and marijuana. Police began to investigate Ontiveros after receiving a tip that he was in possession of a large amount of drugs. Police obtained a search warrant and were able to find Ontiveros to be in possession of 45 grams of cocaine, 5 pounds of marijuana and various other drug related items. If convicted, Ontiveros could spend up to 30 years in prison. Mobile Lab Found In Man's Car
Ronald McEathron was charged with multiple criminal offenses after police found a mobile meth lab in his car. McEathron was stopped by police who were in the area investigating another mobile meth lab unrelated to McEathron. After police made the discovery McEathron was ultimately charged with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Disc Jockey Charged With DWI
Christopher Durkee has been arrested and charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Durkee has been a long time disc jockey at a radio station in the Fort Wayne area. When the officer approached the car, Durkee allegedly said, "Come on, I'm Billy Elvis," his on air name. After conducting a search, a bag of marijuana was also found in Durkee's jacket pocket. After submitting to a breath test, Durkee's blood alcohol level was registered at a 0.13. Spring Man Charged With Online Solicitation Of Minor
Bryan Dudley has been charged with 3 counts of online solicitation of a minor and possession of marijuana. Investigators with the Longview Police Department posed as a 14-year-old girl and discovered that Dudley was allegedly sending sexually explicit messages through Yahoo! Instant Messenger. Man Gets Another DWI Charge After Leaving Court
Markevia Mason was arrested for DWI 45 minutes after leaving court for a DWI charge he already had. Mason was pulled over by police for not wearing his seatbelt. The officer that pulled Mason over noticed that he had a strong odor of alcohol on his person and he had red bloodshot eyes. When a sample of Mason's breath was taken, it showed he had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.07. Mason is also facing charges of possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon. Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terry Glenn was arrested this past Sunday on charges of DWI and possession of marijuana. This is the third time that Glenn has been arrested for possession of marijuana in the past two years. He had also previously been arrested for a charge of public intoxication.
