Christopher Lee Barnett has been arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and methamphetamine. Officers pulled Barnett over when they allegedly observed him driving without a seatbelt. Bus Driver Facing Drug Charges
Brandon Gillman has been arrested and charged with two felony counts for possession of cocaine and the painkiller Endocet. Gillman was the bus driver for a group of school kids headed to Disneyland for a class trip. The students were about to board the bus when a police dog alerted to Gillman's backpack. Police say Gillman also failed sobriety tests and was charged with driving while intoxicated. Mobile Lab Found In Man's Car
Ronald McEathron was charged with multiple criminal offenses after police found a mobile meth lab in his car. McEathron was stopped by police who were in the area investigating another mobile meth lab unrelated to McEathron. After police made the discovery McEathron was ultimately charged with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Woman Charged With Prescription Fraud
Yolonda Michelle Dennis has been charged with prescription drug fraud. When Dennis tried to get a prescription filled at a local pharmacy, the pharmacist became suspicious that it had been altered. When the pharmacist called the doctor to investigate, it was discovered that the number of pills had been increased by 10. 2 Men charged With Prescription Fraud
Robert Carlos Ochoa and Rosario Chayo Gonzalez have been arrested and charged with obtaining drugs by fraud. The charges came after a pharmacist contacted a doctor's office about a prescription request for vicodin that was made at a local KMART. The pharmacist believed that the signature on the prescription had been forged. An investigation determined that the prescription had been written on a pad that was previously stolen. Man Charged With Prescription Drug Fraud
Earl Wayne Taylor has been arrested and charged with prescription drug fraud. Taylor was charged following an investigation that lasted approximately 5 months and involved two law enforcement agencies. He is accused of forging numerous prescriptions for the drug Oxycodone at numerous pharmacies around the city. Officers were able to positively identify Taylor through video surveillance footage taken at the various pharmacies.
